Exposition of the day: “Art, Unbridled. Special guest Viasna (Belarus) presents Pictures by political prisoners of Belarus”.

6 p.m. Doors open.

Art, Unbridled. Pictures by political prisoners of Belarusshares drawings by young Belarusians imprisoned for daring to believe in freedom, fairness, and a world without war. Curated by Viasna (Spring)—a human rights organization led by Nobel laureate Ales Bialiatski, who is himself currently jailed—this collection brings us right into the courage and hope these individuals hold onto, even in the face of unimaginable hardship. Created in prison cells under the harshest conditions, these works reveal a striking mix of resilience, sorrow, and surprising optimism. Part of the Art Against War festival, this exhibition invites you to feel the powerful human spirit that endures, even when freedom is taken away.
FYI: The sign on the table cover says Pushkin got released out of prison. Ales' Pushkin, the artist, the author of the picture above, has never came out of the prison. And he will never do. Ales' Pushkin was tortured to death in 2023.

She shares her childhood love for all things communist, and, through a series of absurd clown bits, she engages the audience in the process of brainwashing.
