DeepARTment is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to building bridges between creators of diverse cultural backgrounds who now call Southern California home. We are a collective of New American immigrant artists pursuing self-realization within the culture of our new home together.

Our mission—"Helping underrepresented artists thrive!"—means providing a helping hand to those navigating a brand-new creative landscape after relocation.

We understand that transitioning from government oppression at home to North America’s free-thinking society can feel isolating due to cultural barriers and war experiences. We offer a supportive, understanding space for collaboration where you can truly be yourself.

Our goal is to help all new immigrants seamlessly integrate their performing, visual, musical, and mixed-media artistic talents into the American creative community.

This movement relies on all forms of backing—from volunteers helping bridge cultures and souls at our events, to donors and sponsors who make our projects possible. For our in-person events, we primarily operate across the greater Los Angeles area—including West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and surrounding creative spaces. Our activities range from film festivals, screenings, and art exhibition openings to art talks, theatrical performances, and film shoots.
